"Oriental Flower in Vase Card"

INSTRUCTIONS

1. For Dark Blue card base, cut DARK BLUE cardstock into half (8-1/2" x 5-1/2") and fold in half to make 4-1/4" x 5-1/2' card. Cut another piece of DARK BLUE 1-3/4" x 2-3/4. Set both aside.
2. Cut WHITE cardstock into 4-1/2" x 5-1/2" piece (a quarter of a sheet) and stamp with Flower Petal Background stamp using Dark Blue pigment ink. Heat emboss with clear embossing powder.  When cool, trim piece to 3-1/4" x 4-1/2".   Wrap this piece with white ribbon (see photo for placement) and secure in back with tape.
3. Cut a piece of WHITE cardstock 2" x 3-1/8" and another 3-3/4" x 5". Set both aside.
4. Cut another piece of WHITE cardstock into a 1-3/8 x 2-3/8" piece.  Stamp this piece with the Oriental Flower in Vase rubber stamp in black pigment ink.  Emboss with Clear embossing powder.  Color in image with red, blue, and green watercolor pencils. Set aside. 
5. Adhere all pieces with double sided tape, layering pieces as shown by card photo or as follows:  Dark Blue card base, large white piece, Flower Petal piece (already wrapped with ribbon), blank white piece, small dark blue piece, and small white piece (stamped with Oriental Flower in Vase).
